Don't Forget, Bush Tax Cuts are Set to expire

The Bush tax cuts on the upper class are set to expire in 2011. The upper two marginal income tax brackets will increase to 39.6 percent from 35 percent and 35 percent from 33 percent. The highest long-term capital gains tax rate will rise 5 percent to 20 percent. The House proposed a further increase to 24 percent to help finance health care reform.
